Snow day

Well it seems as though everyone has been hit with snow!  We go 22 inches in 24 hours!  We have really been having an old fashioned winter here in upstate NY!

Yesterday during the snowfall I made taco soup, chili and  cornbread.  Today I made spinach and feta quiche and broccoli ad cheddar quiche.  I hope we have leftovers for 2 days!!   What are you all up to?  I'd love to know!

XOXO

I hate to tell you this but Spring is arriving in Texas...for a week at least. It was 73 here yesterday and I worked in my front flower bed all day.

We make quiches here too. They are so delicious. Last night we had a big pot of pinto beans. Yummo!

We made chili, beans and cornbread on Sunday...yummmm. Of course the weather turned and it's been 80° since...arghhhh. I know you don't want to hear it, but I hate for it to start warming up...if it's 80° today, it will be over a 100° before I am ready!!
Blessings to you and I hope your snow melts slowly enough to avoid flooding!!
