I think I'm in love......

I have had two GIANT boxes in my living room for two weeks.  So long that I started cleaning around them and stopped stressing that my current house has started to become the storage facility for the new house.  Every couple of days I have to calm myself down from the fact that I have to get this place ready to sell. Which is very hard when you have BOXES and construction items all over the place......

But this....  This was SO worth it.  I drove by the house two days ago and hadn't even noticed that the two GIANT boxes were out of my living room that morning.

I simply cannot stop looking at it.    I cannot even TELL YOU how long I have wanted one of these.  And to see it on top of my garage now?  Well, it's just GLORIOUS!  It's the little things, I tell you!

I LOVE the concave roof and the ROOSTER weathervane that REALLY moves with the wind!!!  Apparently all the blonde dye is making me a REAL blonde, because I had no idea they actually moved!   You learn something new everyday! :)

 XOXO

Plumbing is done (rough in anyway) and Electrician starts Monday after a meeting with us tomorrow! YAY!   Brick and stone get started the week after........

Joining   Home and family Friday  and Show and Tell Friday's, come and join the fun! :)

I'm DYING for one. I saw one at an antique store for $1000. I was appalled but apparently they aren't cheap. I LOVE yours.
lots-a-love,

Kristi, that looks great!! I love those, too and would love one. Not happening any time soon though. We just had our driveway redone and a new slab poured behind my husband's garage and we are afraid the bill is going to be high. We will find out tomorrow. We had the end of the driveway stamped and I love it. I will post it soon. Can't wait to see your brick and rock go on.

Congrates...and yes at this stage of the build, every little thing makes a difference...Just wait until the drywall goes up and suddenly you start rethinking every color choice you have made...but it will be worth all the stress and sleepless nights the day you move in.

Looks like a fabulous home in the making

The biggest thing I have ordered from them is the bench at the end of my bed. It took a few weeks, but wasn't too bad. My PB sofa that I ordered got lost and had to be reordered. That too three months and I almost cancelled that order.

I'm so excited for you. I remember when we got ours, too. The crates they come in are HUGE! It looks very similar to mine, except my weathervane is different. Our copper turned dark very quickly & we are now waiting to see if it's going to patina to a nice green, which is what I want. But if not, we're going to have to get up there to polish.

Oh sweetie, that looks amazing !!!!!!! The perfect touch for your cupola !!!!!

I bought a cladaugh weather vane for ours, but the "neighbors" fought it and we weren't allowed to put it up : (

I'm so glad you don't have these issues, because yours looks just perfect !!!!

I think I'm in love! Really. I think you went and built MY dreamhouse. I think might have to come live with you. Or at least visit you!

Hey Gypsy! I used my old school Cricut to cut vinyl letters and put them on the containers! So easy!
