Do you ever walk in to Target for bleach and spray'n'wash and walk out with this?

I have been eyeballin' all the vintage inspired jewerly I have been seeing in all the magazines and stores.  I don't know about you, but I can't justify a $200 costume necklace from J Crew, even if it's so dreamy.    I happened to be walking to the register when this clearance section caught my eye (near the scrapbooking stuff in case you want to check your Target!) and had to get some.  Started out with the big birdie, then I couldn't leave the other stuff there.  I figured I could make bracelets, necklaces and whatever else I wanted! I even thought embellishing a few lamps would be cute!

I was trying SO hard to be good, but couldn't pass this up!  Do you ever get sidetracked like this? I'd love to know! :)

I'm joining the Favorite things Saturday's linky party at Laurie's!  Come and join the fun :)

I missed your previous post so I commented there first;) sorry!

I have not seen all of these goodies at Target...I am going to have to check it out! I always find a few extra goodies in my cart when I go to Target. How does that happen;)?

YES! That happens more times than I care to admit to. Target is always such a budget buster for me. It's hard to stick to my shopping list. Target=Temptation! (they have some cute rooster salt and pepper shakers now)

So if we are neighbors then you were @ the FVille Target?? I have to run there this weekend and search the clearance! :) Did you go to Bouckville? I LOVED it, my first year going..amazing!!! A Silhouette is an amazing cutting tool like the Cricut only 10x better I think!! :)

Kristi, what great finds! I can't wait to see what you do with them. I have made up my mind that it is less expensive for me to buy some of the necessities at a store that only sells groceries than to go to a store that has other temptations. I may pay more for the necessity, but I don't end up with stuff in my basket that has nothing to do with my shopping list! I am easily tempted! Right now, I'm tempted to run to Target to see if I can find any of these bargains like you got. Thank you for linking to Favorite Things Sat. Have a great weekend. laurie

What great finds! I would have done the same thing. If only I had a target where I live. Bummer.

I make and sell jewelry on etsy and also have a blog. Check it out sometime if you'd like.

Kristi, do you have your comments on off for your new post? Your boys are so cute and VBS is so great for them to go to. My kids went every year and I even helped a few times. Thanks so much for all the sweet comments. Have a super weekend.

BTW you are a mighty pretty Italian.
